Positive engagement

Positive engagement is about more than just employee engagement. It is about recognising that there are many benefits for individuals and the organisation when people are truly happy in their work. Our approach draws on lessons from positive psychology research to move ‘beyond engagement’.

Our own comprehensive model of engagement draws upon in-depth research and is unique in the marketplace. Our associated survey tools allow our clients to track levels of engagement, and separately measure the factors that drive this up or down.
