Andrew is an experienced Occupational Psychologist and learning and development consultant. With a career in corporate lending with a major bank before moving into business psychology, he possesses excellent commercial awareness with a clear practical understanding of the issues faced by organisations.

Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe, North America and extensively in Asia. He has managed a wide variety of projects including the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, one to one profiling of senior executives, the facilitation of strategy development, board development interventions and the provision of coaching, particularly aimed at supporting senior managers during the first ninety days of promotion to a new challenging role.

With over 12 years’ experience of applying psychology and facilitating learning at all levels in organisations, Andrew has gained a reputation as a facilitator and coach who challenges assumptions and focuses on organisational and individual improvement.
