Michael joins the Work Positive team with a wealth of consulting, design and delivery experience. Most recently he held the position of learning and development manager for JPMorgan Investment Bank covering the North America region partnering globally for curriculum design/delivery across JPMorganChase. Michael focused on creating strategic learning solutions to develop leaders, reduce risk and improve sales through anchored learning techniques to help organisations move through times of change and encouraging innovation. Projects ranged in size and scope from comprehensive strategies that included everything from reducing risk in operations groups to nurturing leadership behaviours across the management team.
Prior to his work as an independent training consultant, Michael was at JPMorganChase for ten years. Whilst there, he led training teams across multiple functional areas including: operations, technology, client management and sales. This broad range of training expertise enables Michael to quickly understand how a client’s organisation “fits together” and relates to many different training needs.

Michael is certified in the NBI Whole Brain Thinking Communication Styles model and an Adjunct Professor for the MBA Business Communications Department at New York’s Baruch College.
