Our team

We are fortunate enough to work with an excellent team of consultants, the majority of whom are Chartered Psychologists. Each member of the team brings a wealth of experience, and as a business we have a real diversity of interests and expertise.

Because we operate a flexible model, and work largely with our team on an associate basis, we are able to include some of the best practitioners in our field within our client projects. In fact, most of our associates also work independently with their own clients and run their own successful businesses. As a result our clients benefit from working with a motivated and engaged team, who have chosen to be involved in the project and whose personal reputation matters to them acutely.

In addition to our team who are based across the UK, we have consultants based in the United States and Asia Pacific. This allows us to support global initiatives for our clients where required. Wherever possible we look to play to the strengths, expertise and passions of our team so that we can deliver the best service to our clients and the best experience to our people.
