Lynn Suter

Following a career with BAA, the world's leading international airport group (during which time she was a key member of the learning and development team and also studied psychology), Lynn went on to become an occupational psychologist and moved, via Lombard North Central, to consulting.

Lynn has been consulting now for over ten years and her main areas of interest are leadership development, team development and coaching. She has carried out this type of work for clients such as HM Treasury, American Express and Virgin Atlantic Cargo. Lynn is also a very experienced assessor, having designed and delivered both assessment and development centres for a range of organisations.

Lynn is an independent occupational psychologist who works with us on a flexible basis.
