Lucy Standing

Lucy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and focuses her energy in the areas of management development, employee assessment and selection and the effective management of diversity. Lucy has extensive experience applying practical psychology through her work as both a consultant and in-house psychologist at one of the world’s largest investment banks.

With over 12 years’ experience of applying psychology, Lucy has gained a strong reputation through working with a broad range of clients, across a range of areas of expertise and levels of seniority including board level directors at top FTSE 100 companies.

Lucy works as an independent psychologist and works with us on a flexible basis.
