Joy has extensive international experience as a Chartered and HPC-registered Occupational Psychologist. After holding senior positions with two leading psychology consultancies, Joy turned freelance in 2003. She works across the assessment and development spectrum, specialising in talent management, executive assessment and individual and team development. Known as something of a guru in assessment and development centres, Joy enjoys combining her wide psychometrics portfolio with her skills as a qualified coach and Neuro-Linguistics Practitioner (NLP) to help people and organisations build the best fit between people and work. She is an active member of the profession, contributing to BPS and ABP conferences and acting as Mentor and Chartership Supervisor to practitioners-in-training. Joy’s wide-ranging client base has recently included: Aon, Barclays Capital, Borealis, DWP, Halcrow, the Local Government Ombudsman, Norland, RBS, the Scottish Government, Starbucks, West Berkshire NHS Trust and Wokingham Borough Council.
