Julie started her career with Ragdoll Ltd, the children’s television production company where she worked in a small team developing product and merchandise across all of the character brands. After a number of years she moved to a boutique search and selection firm specialising in luxury retail and brand. Here Julie co-ordinated all activity in the business between clients and candidates and ensured that people were in the right place, at the right time. She was responsible for all business administration and the organisation of marketing and events.

Julie joined Work Positive in July 2011 as Chief Plate Spinner, managing all business and project administration.
