Jan Maskell

Jan is an Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in management development. Her main areas of expertise are in developing organisations and individuals through a range of interventions including academic and work based programmes. She is also interested in research to inform these processes, for example through Action Research and Appreciative Inquiry. She is involved in research into development programmes and ways to encourage and enable learning at, and through, work.

Her career has spanned the civil service, local authority, telecommunications and construction. She has worked as a consultant for more than 10 years with key clients including Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service, Lancaster University, Barclays and Vodafone.

Jan is based in the North West of England.
