Antonia is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive international business experience. She has lived and worked in Asia, Europe, Australia and North America and completed consultancy projects in over 15 countries.

Antonia has managed cross country, virtual teams, global budgets and global client groups. She has a breadth of experience in managing cross cultural projects with multi-cultural teams. She has held positions at Shell International, KMPG Consulting, SHL Group, the British Cabinet Office and Marks & Spencer PLC.

Antonia has specific expertise in leadership and management development, talent management (including retention strategies), job analysis and competence design, recruitment, psychometrics and executive assessment. She has a particular interest in ensuring the effectiveness of these across borders and cultures.
