Caroline Lamsdale

Caroline is an Occupational Psychologist with significant experience in both consulting and internal environments. Having spent 6 years working in consultancy and research positions, she then spent a further five years at ABN AMRO in an organisational/leadership development role before becoming independent.

Caroline has worked with organisations across the UK and internationally, including JP Morgan Chase, Axa Sun Life, Johnson and Johnson, Hitachi Europe Limited and BAA. She has expertise in assessment for selection and development, leadership development, executive coaching, organisational learning and managing diversity, and is an experienced coach and facilitator.

Caroline studied at the University of North Wales and at Cranfield University. She is qualified in the use of psychometric instruments and is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists.
