Laura Knill

Laura specialises in individual and organisational learning.  She is a keen advocate of Self-Managed Learning and its potential to enhance both an individual’s personal growth and their contribution to the organisation.  She has been a member of faculty for both an executive MBA and an MSc in People and Organisational Development.

A chartered occupational psychologist since 2000, with 11 years consultancy experience, Laura also has expertise in the areas of diversity and selection.  Her clients have included the Legal Services Commission, Dairy Crest, Accenture and T-Systems.

Laura is based in Lewes, East Sussex and works as an independent consultant.
