Mandy is an experienced learning and development consultant now specialising in coaching, facilitation, and action learning. With a background in diversity consulting, she has worked with a wide range of organisations across all three sectors. Current projects include group coaching for management teams to achieve high performance in changing and challenging environments. Clients include Atkins, London Probation Trust, and MIND.

With a BSc Hons in Psychology, a MSc in People and Organisation Development and a Diploma in Corporate and Executive Coaching, Mandy helps her clients gain insight and take action by coaching business owners and executives who want to make their life at work more enjoyable and rewarding, and coaching teams to help them achieve their objectives and work better together. Mandy facilitates large and small groups to have constructive, inclusive and productive events and meetings, often using action learning groups to provide powerful peer to peer learning.

Mandy is interested in arts and culture and is based in London.
