Martin Galpin

Martin is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist whose main work interests lie in employee engagement, management development and coaching. He has a particular interest in the field of positive psychology and is currently developing practical ways that this approach can benefit organisations and people at work.

Having previously been part of the management team at one of the UK’s leading occupational psychology practices, Martin has significant consulting experience. He has worked with a broad range of clients in both private and public sectors, having worked with organisations such as Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch & the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Martin is a Director of Work Positive Limited, and is based in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
