Michele Deeks

Michele is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with specific expertise in the areas of inclusion and diversity, and management development. She is particularly concerned with how the diversity field can be developed further to take individuals and organisations beyond awareness raising to long-term behaviour and attitude change.

With 10 years’ experience and previously on the management team of a leading diversity practice in the UK, Michele has worked with a broad range of organisations across the public and private sector. Her clients have included Merrill Lynch, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Accenture and LloydsTSB.

Michele is a Director of Work Positive Ltd.
