Natalie Carolan

Natalie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a background in OD and leadership development. She has worked in both internal and external consulting roles to facilitate change at the individual and organisational level. She has extensive experience with assessment and selection, management and leadership development and developing HR frameworks and initiatives to drive and embed system wide change. Natalie is also a qualified coach and is active within her profession, publishing articles in peer reviewed journals and speaking at professional conferences.

Natalie is based in Singapore and works with a wide range of clients across South East Asia including Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Levi’s, Northern Trust and Shell. Natalie is known for her fun, creative and energetic approach to working with clients. She applies her professional expertise in a pragmatic, solution-focused manner.
