Pippa Burr

Pippa is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist of 12 years. Prior to this, she spent seven years in the Financial Services industry as a Senior Consultant. Pippa’s main areas of expertise are in work-based management development, including coaching and action learning groups. However, a strong interest in the link between organisations as positively functioning social environments and high performance has resulted in her becoming increasingly involved in the design of “positive” cultural change interventions.

Pippa has worked for a number of leading Occupational Psychology consultancies, but over recent years has operated as an Independent Psychologist across the public and private sectors. Key clients include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Total UK, Axon Global and Capita.

She is currently based in Fleet, Hampshire.
