Julie Breeze

Having spent much of her career in the UK, Julie moved to the USA in 1995. With over 20 years in organisational and leadership development, she brings a wealth of global experience.
Specialising in the assessment and development of high potential individuals, Julie has acted in multiple roles, ranging from developing and implementing leadership assessment processes to designing and delivering training initiatives. She has lead initiatives such as competency modelling, 360-degree feedback processes and coaching at manager and executive levels.
Julie began her career in organisational development in the UK, where she was a Human Resources manager for a major law firm in the City of London. Julie also worked for a large healthcare organisation in Sydney Australia, as well as a leading law firm in New York City.
