Nicole Banerji

Nicole is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who works with Work Positive on a flexible basis. She has worked in consultancy for over 20 years, and prior to working independently, she was part of the management team of one of the UK’s leading occupational psychology practices.

Her main interests lie in diversity and fairness aspects of people’s working lives. This spans the spectrum from strategic organisational interventions, moving through the development and implementation of diversity sensitive objective processes to working with people on their individual challenges. She is particularly fascinated in cultural misunderstandings and has worked with organisations as both employers and service providers to reduce these.

Nicole is based in Manchester.
