Our alliances
Work Positive has a strategic partnership with the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP). CAPP is an independent not for profit organisation which specialises in the research and application of positive psychology in work, education and health settings. The centre, which is based at the University of Warwick Science Park, was established by Dr Alex Linley, one of Europe’s leading and most influential figures in the positive psychology movement.
Our partnership with CAPP allows us to share learning and keep our thinking at the leading edge of our profession. Where appropriate we also provide resource to help CAPP deliver work to their clients.
We have also established relationships with a number of other organisations which compliment our work.
As a successful business we think it is important to give something back to the world – beyond the work we do, of course! In addition to our ethical policy we support a charity that means something to us. We are committed to donating a percentage of our central profits each year, and to supporting them in other ways where we can.
We are currently supporting PhotoVoice, whose projects bring about positive social change for marginalised communities by enabling those who are traditionally the subjects of photography to become its creator.
Please visit the PhotoVoice website to find out more about the incredible work that they do.
Professional standards are critically important to all of us at Work Positive. Individuals in our team are members of the following organisations:
British Psychological Society
Association of Business Psychologists
CIPD
Federation of Small Businesses
