Marc Adams

Marc Adams is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who works in the area of diversity, management development and selection. After a career in a leading diversity consultancy, Marc now divides his time equally between managing employment equality and diversity in a London Council, and consultancy work. He has a particular interest in developing managers’ skills to deliver inclusive working cultures with high performing employees.

Marc has worked with a wide range of clients in both private and public sectors including Merrill Lynch, 3i, Royal Mail, the Greater London Authority and East Midlands Fire Services.
